Disclosure

The Mental Health Alliance for Athletes (MHAA) is a nonprofit organization that connects athletes and sports officials with mental health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) care providers. MHAA does not endorse or take responsibility for any advice, recommendations, or services provided by participating care providers.

MHAA, including its staff and volunteers, are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All discussions and materials shared through MHAA programs, including the Athlete Peer Support Hub and AthleteMind Connect, are intended for general support and informational purposes only.

If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed medical provider immediately.

The Mental Health Alliance for Athletes partners with Meetopolis to bring you virtual communities designed to support the mental well-being of athletes and sports officials—no matter where you are.

Our programs offer two pathways to connection and care:

  • Athlete Peer Support Hub – A confidential, athlete-led space where peers can share experiences, talk openly about challenges, and build resilience together.
  • AthleteMind Connect – A supportive environment that helps athletes and sports officials connect directly with trusted mental health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) care providers for professional guidance and ongoing support.

Through the Meetopolis app, you can easily join either group, participate in real-time discussions, and access private check-ins and wellness tools—all designed to help you stay connected, supported, and healthy.

Your path to wellness starts with connection.
